In 15 days of this online journaling workshop, we peel off the layers of our socially acceptable personality and come as we are: vulnerable, honest, childish, hurt, insecure, doubtful, looking for the answers...or something else. On our way to our true, bare selves we look into the past, to embrace the stories that made us who we are. We have a deeper look into the present, finding joy and beauty in the simplest things. We build a dialog with our inner voices and open our hearts about things that truly matter. We send messages to the Universe and love letters to ourselves. We observe. We feel. We let go. We hope. We write about it.
Those naked words are not for posting on socials or get published. They are scribbled down with only one purpose - to reconnect with your own precious heart.

We meet in the private group in Telegram messenger. Every morning you get a new writing exercise, a journaling technique and an audio guidance for a deeper understanding of what we're doing. Every day we explore something different. It's really easy and fun!
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A WRITER
We write a short text every day. That's why in's called a workshop: less talking, more writing! Fret not, you don't need long hours for this as we are not working on a book here. It takes only 15-30 min a day to keep up with the tasks. No special "writing gift" needed.

It's up to you if you want to share your writing with the group or keep it to yourself. If your notes will feel "too naked" to share, it's ok not to. We respect that. However, if you decide to go all in, remember, this is not a "real" writers' workshop, so there will be no judgement, and absolutely no critics, just freindly support. Here, our words run free.

I'm a published writer now, but, frankly speaking, I've been writing my whole life. First, there were diaries. Dark, depressive, but also sweet and silly - a typical secret notebook of a 13-year-old girl. I cried on its checked pages. I was madly in love: new week, a new crush, from Tony of East-17 to Boris, the arrogant blond classmate. I was dying to break free (which, at that time, meant wearing tight neon-colored jeans and attending a rave my parents would never let me to. Oh, the 90s!) That diary was probably the rawest, most honest, and 100% naked writing I did in my whole life.

Then, there was work. Words have always been my bread & butter. I wrote about exquisite hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants as a travel editor of Harper's Bazaar and Grazia, not to mention all the other adventure stories I've submitted. I wrote content plans for numerous clients and I worked on travel guides for cool publishing houses. I know how to please with words. I know how to make a reader hungry, curious, or ready to pack their suitcases and jump on a plane. Words and I, we are partners in crime.
As a writer, I use words to tell the story. As a teacher, I use words to inspire. As a mom, I use words to comfort, explain or protect. As a daughter, I use words to argue or to surrender. As a woman, I use words to prove I am more than just a cute face and a curvy body. As a human, I use words to get what I want. But what words do I use to heal, relax, reflect, reconnect with myself, to explore my inner universe?
